Full content overview
This page gives an overview of content editing progress... Look also at the "Content -> Full content overview" menu at top-left.
Workflow
- When content is submited, it waits in the "typo and layout" queue. Jerome from Greta will process it to ensure that content is well formatted, correct some typo and orthography mistakes, etc. Here you just have to wait that your content switch to the next section... All the later modifications can be tracked by clicking on the "Revision" tab on each content page.
- If content has problems that Jerome cannot fix (regarding the meaning of the content for example) it goes to the "Content with problems identified" page with a comment that explain the problem. Here editors has to edit their own content so that the content is ready for quality check.
- The quality check page show the progress of the review by quality managers. By default a new content has only ✖. When criteria are passed it switch to ✔. If a content has real problems, quality managers can add a comment to help editors to fix the problem (in that case, the content go back in the "Content with problems identified" page).
- When all the quality criteria pass, the content is listed in the "Content ready to translate" page. Translators have to translate in their language.
- Then contents are ready to publish on the public website... Check the page "Content translated (Finish!)" to see contents ready for publish.
